The rental prices (charged up to 10 people) are per week. There is no discount for a lower number of persons since the villa is rented in its entirety.

Rates include - bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, water, electricity, and gas, maintenance of the courtyard and pool, baby bed and high chair.
Rates not included - additional bed (if exceeded the capacity of 10), final cleaning of the Villa (200euro), internet access & telephone.
(A cleaner can also be arranged for morning housekeeping duties, two hours a day at an additional cost of 50 euros per day).

Services with Additional Charges - extra linen change, extra towels, extra domestic help, first-day shopping, private chef, welcome food basket, wood for fireplace, cooking lessons at a top Piedmont Restaurant, driver and private transfer.

Terms & Conditions

Payment - 50% of the rent is required at the time of booking as a deposit. The remainder will then be due upon arrival. Once we are in receipt of the deposit the booking is then confirmed.

Security deposit - upon arrival we will ask our guests for a security deposit of 500 euro. This is for any damage or breakages which may occur during your stay. When you departure this deposit will be given back, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damages.

Changeover - arrival and departure - we normally take reservations from Saturday to Saturday, however we would also consider short stays based on a minimum of 3 nights (please enquire as to these special rates). Unless otherwise agreed, the check-in time is between 17:00 to 21:00 and the Check-out by 11:00.

Cancellation - once the booking has been confirmed (i.e. deposit has been received) and you have to cancel your reservation, we will proceed in the following way: Up to 3 months (90 days) prior to arrival, 30% of the deposit will be retained. From the 89th day prior to the date of arrival, 60% of the deposit will be retained.

Note: 100% of the deposit will be retained after notification of cancellation 30 days prior to the date of arrival. Should we manage to rent the villa partly or fully for the cancelled period we will refund the guest accordingly.
