The Rooms
Each one of the beautiful rooms within Villa Grana is tastefully decorated to a very high standard and are adorned with original features from the days that the Villa was a old monastery. There are vaulted ceilings in every room, two wells are also present inside the house (one in a bedroom the other in the cellar) and there is a wealth of exposed beams and brickwork.
The Living Room enjoys a wood burning fireplace (great for those snowy, winter months!), flat screen satellite TV, antique furniture and original paintings by one of the owners. There is also two sets of french doors that open up to the courtyard and pool area.
Kitchen is very large and fully equipped with all the necessary modern high quality appliances from, dishwasher, smeg refrigerator, extraction fan and a large kitchen table for entertaining and communal dinning.
All five Bedrooms are tastefully furnished, again to a high standard and are provided with all the necessary linen, bedding and towels. There are three large double rooms and two twin rooms sleeping ten people. For your convenience there are two beautiful bathrooms, again with all the facilities provided on arrival.
Below Villa Grana lays the historical vaulted Cellars with its working water well and wine caverns, now fully servicable and sympathetically restored.
The Courtyard
Within the stunning, privately enclosed walled Courtyard there is a private swimming / plunge pool, laundry room and sitting/dinning area. This is a great place for relaxing or just 'chilling' out.
The Rooftop Terrace
The Rooftop Terrace has magnificent, panaranic views which stretch far accross the Monferrato and Astigiano hills - this spectacular view point is unrivalled in the area and on clear days you can see the Alps, along with the many villages, churches and castelli (castles).
